To open an account and use services on bd998, a user must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • The user must be at least 21 years old. This platform's services are strictly prohibited for minors.
  • The user must complete registration with their correct, true, and complete information.
  • Each user may open only one account. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
  • The user must place bets in their own name and with their own money — not on behalf of anyone else.
  • The user is fully responsible for keeping their own account secure.

Account Registration & Verification

2.1 Registration Process

To register on bd998, the user must provide accurate personal information. bd998 reserves the right to close an account at any time if false or misleading information is provided. The email address and phone number provided at the time of registration must be active and working.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure a safe environment and prevent fraud, bd998 may request documents to verify your identity at any time. This applies especially in the case of large withdrawals.

  • Bank or mobile banking account details
  • Relevant documents for address verification

bd998 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

Bangladesh's major mobile banking and banking methods can be used to deposit money on bd998. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka) and this applies equally across all methods.

  • Instant deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
  • For bank transfers, major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank can be used.
  • For deposits, use only an account in your own name — use of third-party accounts is prohibited.
  • If money is not reflected in your account after depositing, please contact customer support.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount from bd998 is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). The standard processing time for withdrawals is 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may be longer if identity verification has not been completed.

  • Withdrawal requests can only be made by the verified account holder.
  • Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit (wherever possible).
  • Withdrawals may be on hold if there is an active bonus or incomplete wagering requirement.
  • bd998 reserves the right to hold or investigate withdrawals in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.
  • There must be proof of fair betting with the deposited funds before a withdrawal can be made.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% welcome bonus is available on the first deposit at bd998, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To be eligible for the bonus, the user must deposit at least ৳100.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement is attached to every bonus. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Note that wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited amount.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
  • Any changes to account details after accepting a bonus may result in the bonus being cancelled.
  • Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or device is prohibited.
  • bd998 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
  • If bonus benefits are misused, bd998 may forfeit the bonus and suspend the account.

VIP Program Rules

bd998's VIP program has four tiers, each offering different benefits. Tier upgrades are based on the user's activity and regular participation on the platform.

Silver
Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Gold
Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
Platinum
Up to 1.5% weekly cashback
  • VIP tier is determined based on overall activity on the platform — at bd998's discretion.
  • Cashback is calculated weekly and credited to the eligible user's account.
  • If VIP benefits are misused, bd998 reserves the right to change the tier or cancel the benefits.
  • VIP program rules may change at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain the fairness and security of the bd998 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited.

  • Creating and operating multiple accounts by the same person.
  • Opening or operating an account using someone else's identity.
  • Exploiting or abusing the bonus system (bonus abuse).
  • Placing bets using any software, bot, or automated method.
  • Transacting funds obtained through illegal means on the platform (money laundering).
  • Making deposits or withdrawals using a third-party account or payment method.
  • Attempting to exploit the platform's security systems or technical vulnerabilities.
  • Attempting to harass or harm other users of the platform.

Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure at User's Initiative

Any user may close their own account. To do so, contact us via live chat or at [email protected]. All pending transactions and applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled before the account is closed. 7.2 Suspension at bd998's Initiative

bd998 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • If evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.

  • If a minor user is identified.
